United States of America (Press Release) April 24, 2008 --
Bankruptcies were up 38% to over 800,000 at the end of 2007 and will probably exceed 1 million this year, reflecting the growing impossibility for middle class families to survive financially in 21st Century America. More and more desperate families are filing bankruptcy, trying anything to hang on to their homes, but not even bankruptcy can save them.
The huge numbers of families losing their homes to the banks and being evicted are beginning to evoke memories of the Great Depression among older Americans. Most experts believe the foreclosure rage is not even half over. Most of the new adjustable rate mortgages have not even reset yet. Even more devastating is the collapse of home prices. Homes will probably lose most if not all of the artificial gains made during the bubble. These factors will definitely lead to a new foreclosure record this year, predicts the Metropolitan Business Council of New York, a Personal Financial Consulting firm.
Metropolitan has taken the thrust of two government initiatives, one to encourage home based entrepreneurship as a way to lessen the blow of the recession on workers and the projected liberalization of the taxes on home based businesses pushed by Congress and have come up with a unique program, the Instant Pay Raise System.
The System, as its name implies, gives workers who take the plunge and start their own home based business, an immediate increase in their take home pay of from $500-$1,000 dollars per month on their current jobs.
This immediate increase in cash, averaging 20% more take home pay, or one extra days pay per week, for most workers; will prevent ½ of the middle class bankruptcies and about 1/3 of the projected foreclosure this year, according to industry experts, such as Elizabeth Warren, a Harvard Law Professor and researcher.
Metropolitan has prepared a Special Report, which is currently free to download, that explains how the program works and what you must do to qualify for it.
You can pick it up here, but it will only be free to the first one thousand who request it: http://www.linkbrander.com/go/65733 You can also call, 641-715-3800 PIN 68170# Ext. 2 for a quick, 5 minute overview of the program.
